At Zoq Leather, we are committed to providing a high-quality shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and refund policy from the day you receive your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • 7-Day Return Window: Customers can return or exchange items within 7 days of receiving the product for a full refund or exchange.
  • Eligibility for Return/Exchange:
    • The item must be in unused, unaltered condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
    • Personalized or customized items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or error.

Return Process

  1. Request Return/Exchange: Contact us at our chat. within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
  2. Return Instructions: We will send you detailed instructions on how to return the product, including the address.
  3. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of incorrect items, defective products, or damaged goods.

Refund Process

  • Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your returned item (usually within 72 hours of receipt), the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your payment provider, the refund process may take 10 to 45 days to reflect in your account.

Eligibility for Refund/Return

You are eligible for a return or refund if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is defective or has damage that occurred during shipping.
  • The product is tampered with.

Bulk Orders

  • Bulk orders over $1,000 are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing error on our part. By placing a bulk order, you accept these terms.

Custom Orders

  • No Refunds: Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded. These items are made according to your specific choices (style, material, size, etc.), and we cannot resell them.
  • Alteration: If your custom order does not fit correctly, we offer one free alteration. However, return shipping will be at your expense.

How We Strive for a Win-Win Situation

  • Design & Quality: We send you a preview of your custom order before dispatch to ensure the design and quality meet your expectations.
  • Sizing: We request accurate body measurements for custom orders to minimize sizing errors. If there is a sizing issue, we will alter the jacket for free, but the customer must cover the return shipping costs.

  • The 7-day return period starts from the day you receive your order.
  • We will provide a refund or exchange after inspecting the returned item.
  • Personalized or custom products are exempt from refunds unless a defect is found.
