Express delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not order placement. Made-to-measure orders require production time before dispatch.
Courier Service
We use express delivery services such as DHL and FedEx to ensure fast, reliable delivery. We reserve the right to choose the most efficient courier for your order.
APO/PO Box Addresses: We are currently unable to ship to PO, APO, DPO, or FPO addresses.
Customs & Duties
All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your country's customs office for potential charges before purchasing.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your parcel is shown as delivered but has not arrived, please contact our Customer Support Team and the courier within 5 working days of the tracking delivery date to initiate an investigation.
Claims raised after 5 working days cannot be accepted.
